How to Place an Order

After selecting your item, click on the “Buy Now” button found in the product detail page or simply navigate to the “Order Now” tab found on the top menu. Please proceed to fill in the necessary details and click on the “Submit” button. Please note, the more accurate information you can provide us with, the faster we will be able to respond to your query.

You should receive an order processing email from us. After which, we will require you to make the payment via Internet Banking or ATM Transfer within 24 hours upon receiving our invoice. Order(s) will be regarded as void if payment is not receive within this timeframe.

As we carry limited quanitity for each exclusive collection, we do not reserve any item(s) based on enquiry and will release the item(s) as soon as payment is made by any keen parties, on a first come first serve basis.

Once payment is successfully transferred, please inform us your IB Name & IB Reference Number as well as the total amount transferred via email. We will send out your parcel on the next working day.

Cancellation of Order

Once payment has been made, we only allow exchange of item(s) before dispatch. Please note that we do not do refunds.

Payment (Local)

We take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us. We accept payment via Internet Banking and ATM Transfer within 24 hours upon receiving an invoice. Order(s) will be regarded as void if payment is not received within this timeframe. If your debit card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, please refer to your bank account statement for confirmation.

All debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.

Payment (International)

For international shoppers, we accept payment through PayPal and will be using the PayPal Email Payments for a quick and secure way to request payment from our customers and accept credit card, bank and PayPal payments online.

If you are interested in our apparels, please email us the selected item(s) name and we will advise on the total amount with an additional shipping fee based on the weight of the item(s). Thereafter, you will receive a payment request from PayPal and you can click and pay through the Paypal website. It's efficient and fuss free!
