	Pre-Order/Backorder Terms & Conditions • Estimated shipping/delivery 7-14 days upon payment confirmation • Payment to be made within 24 hours after invoice has been sent to your mailbox • Strictly no reservations, we only accept paid orders • No refunds once payment is made • Vogue Streets reserves the right to cancel the pre-order promo campaign under any circumstances • Vogue Streets will not be liable for any discrepancies/defects caused by any mishandling by a third party vendor or delivery services • All measurement and images stated in the site are provided by the Vendors • Vogue Streets will not be liable for any discrepancies/defects/color differences, all images are provided by the vendor/supplier • Items enquired are subjected to stocks availability • If chosen items are out-of-stock, Vogue Streets will notify the client and payment will be refunded within 14 days • Alternatively you may choose another design of your choice • Vogue Streets will attempt to try and provide frequent updates to our valued clients, but patience will be much appreciated • Vogue Streets will not be held responsible for any normal lost mail should you not opt for registered postage • Vogue Streets will not be responsible or held liable for any loss of normal mail or damage of parcel by a third party vendor • Vogue Streets encourage all valued clients to pay for the registered mail for added security Pre-Order Exchange Policy • We do not allow product returns due to changing of mind or dissatisfaction • If you have received your product(s) with factory defect, please email us within 24 hours after you have received the parcel • The product(s) which deemed exchangeable must be in its original packaging and also in unused condition • Otherwise refund will not be applicable • In the event that we are unable to provide a replacement we will arrange a refund to you, the delivery fee must be covered by the client • If the returned item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will send a new one to you subjected to stock availability • For exchange, please do not remove hygienic sticker and paper tags • Items worn & stained or applied with perfume, altered in any form, washed or damaged due to negligence are not applicable for exchange • As items are shipped from Korea, any exchange of apparel(s), customers have to bear the express mail service charge (to & fro) Postage Matters • For Normal Postage, the first item postage fee is $1.50 and every subsequent item is an additional of $0.50 each. • For Registered Postage is on top of normal postage at $2.25.
